See, amongst other things, the Groot Vleeshuis (Big Meat House), the center for promotion of local Flamish delicacies, where you will be offered the choice between a Ghent beer or Bobke (gin), with tasty bites. You could taste the typical ‘Gentse neuzen’, ‘Mastellen’ and ‘Kroakemandels’. There will also be a stop at Sophie’s Sweets & Chocolates, where you can taste the cookies and sweets in the best Ghent tradition.
